Are all your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every piece is handmade with care, so no two items will be exactly the same. Slight differences in shape, finish, or color are completely normal—and part of what makes each item unique.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made primarily with precious metal, such as sterling silver and high karat gold. Some pieces may include natural gemstones. If you have allergies or sensitivities to metals, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional before wearing our pieces. 

Will the silver develop patina over time?

Yes — developing patina is a natural process for sterling silver. Over time you will notice the transition in colors on your piece of jewelry. Among collectors, it is considered a badge of honor like developing patina on leather goods. But don’t worry if you prefer to minimize patina — it’s easy to care for. We recommend using a polishing cloth and storing your jewelry in a dry, airtight pouch or container. Avoid moisture, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products to help slow down the patina process .

How long will it take to get my order?

We do our best to ship orders promptly. Since many of our items are made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that we can’t control postal delays or customs holdups.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. We can’t be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages during shipping. Rest assured, we’ll make sure to contact the carrier on your behalf to ensure the problem is resolved.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we want to make it right.

Can prices or listings change?

Yes — product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. We also reserve the right to correct any typos or errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, our website supports shipping within the USA. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please feel free to make an inquiry through our contact page.

Do you accept Shop Pay?

Yes! We currently accept Shop Pay, as well as major credit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

What if the item I want is sold out?

If something you love is sold out, please contact us! We may have more in the works or be able to let you know when/if it will be restocked.
